Although we do take Walk-ins for our services, appointment is highly recommended to secure your spot. Walk-ins are not guaranteed.
For appointment of multiple people, please leave a message through “appointment note” after selecting date and time. We kindly ask you to have only one person to book for your entire group. This way we can arrange your group to seat together.
**Appointment is request based. Please allow some time for us to arrange and accept the appointment. Thank you for understanding and we appreciate your patience.

FAQ? Frequently Asked Questions
Can two people work on one rug?
YES. We only charge you based on number of frames you make. You only need to make one appointment for two people working together. Please note we only provide one tufting gun per frame. We may offer one more extra tufting gun based on availability.
Do we have to finish within our appointment time?
NO. The appointment time is only an estimation based on different sizes of frames. You can finish your work regardless of the appointment time. Total time may vary based each person’s working pace and difficulty of each image. Please save extra time for your tufting appointment.
Can we bring food and drink during tufting workshop?
YES. You can bring food and beverage, but NO ALCOHOL allowed in the store.
Is there age limit for tufting workshop?
We don’t have a strict age limit. However, the tufting gun is heavy to kids. We would recommend adults on site to overlook and work on the piece together for younger kids.
Can we take home our piece on the same day?
For tufting workshop, most of our guests can finish their piece on the same day.
For fluid bear workshop, we have to wait at least one day for the bear to fully dried up. (Keychain size can be taken on the same day.)
Other crafts can be taken home on the same day.
How early should I book appointment for large group?
For Large group (5+), please text us directly at 626-591-6899 to make appointment request. We will contact you to arrange date and time.
